Negative taken for July 30, 1959, Arkansas Gazette article "Tutors Taught to Teach Safety to Drivers," B1:2. Dr. R.T. Sawyer of Mississippi State College instructs two teachers on Driver Education with the use of a two-door sedan 1954 Chevrolet, behind the Administration Building at Arkansas State Teachers College in Conway, Faulkner County, Arkansas. It was a two-week course with twelve-hour days. Once completed, the teachers were certified to instruct Driver Education.
